Maraseaweed

The Celtic Sea Spice Company, founded in 2011, was  the UK’s first sea-to-shelf seaweed production company, based in Edinburgh. They brought hand-cut, sustainably harvested seaweed back into popular use, making its health benefits accessible as a delicious, easy-to-use seasoning. They refer to seaweed as “Scotland’s forgotten natural Superfood”!
